PICKUP & HOURS
Where do I pick up my order?
At our counter inside Sunshine City Popcorn, 2533 Central Ave, St. Petersburg, FL 33713, in the Grand Central District.
How does ordering ahead work?
Add desserts to your cart, then pick a pickup date and a two-hour time window at checkout. Order at least 2 hours before you want to pick up. We'll email you when your order is ready.
What are your hours?

Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes. Add their name in the order notes at checkout so we know who to look for.
How should I store my jars?
Keep them in the fridge until you're ready to dig in.
DELIVERY
Do you deliver?
Yes, through Uber Eats and DoorDash from our St. Pete shop, and DoorDash from our Riverview kitchen. Uber Eats also reaches parts of South Tampa and the airport. See delivery options.
Do you ship?
Our desserts are local only, so they don't ship. Merch and gift cards can be ordered from anywhere.
ALLERGIES
Are your desserts allergy friendly?
Our desserts are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, so we can't promise any item is allergen-free. If you or a guest has a food allergy, please call us at (813) 445-3861 before you order.
Do you have vegan options?
Yes, we carry vegan oat milk ice cream pints. Check the menu for what's available today.
GIFT CARDS & CLUB
How do gift cards work?
Gift cards are emailed and can be used for anything in the shop. Shop gift cards.
What is the Cheesecake of the Month Club?
Pick 3 or 6 jars a month, including our Cheesecake of the Month. It's billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Can't make it in? Your jars wait for you for up to 12 months.
Can I give the club as a gift?
Yes. The prepaid gift covers 6 or 12 months of cheesecake. Give the club.
CATERING & GROUPS
Do you cater events?
Yes. Our Jar Bars come in sizes for 25, 50 or 100+ guests, built to order. Get a quote.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for big events and the holidays. Send us your date and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you do corporate gifts?
Yes: gift cards, Cheesecake of the Month, jar gift boxes and office dessert drops. See corporate gifts.
Can my shop or cafe carry your jars?
We'd love to talk. Ask about wholesale.
ORDERS
Can I return or exchange something?
All sales are final, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right. Read our store policies.
Something wrong with my order?

Need to change or cancel a pickup order?
