By using this website or placing an order with Eat This Dessert First, you agree to these terms.

Prices & availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Flavors rotate and can sell out. If we can't fill something you ordered, we'll contact you and refund that item.

Pickup orders

Pick up your order during the window you chose at checkout. Running late? Give us a call.

Allergens

Our desserts are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, so we can't promise any item is allergen-free. If you have a food allergy, call us before you order.

Storage

Keep cheesecake jars refrigerated until you're ready to enjoy them.

Subscriptions

The Cheesecake of the Month Club renews monthly until you cancel. Jars you haven't picked up are held for up to 12 months.
